RICA Written Examination

If you registered for the RICA Written Examination, refer to the following information if you need assistance in confirming or modifying your registration.

To confirm your registration status log in to your account or call Evaluation Systems at (888) 793-7999 or (916) 928-4004 if you have not received a registration confirmation or your Authorization to Test e-mail within three business days of submitting your registration or if you have lost your Authorization to Test.

To withdraw your registration and receive a full refund, complete and submit a Withdrawal/Refund Request Form. Forms are available on this site; see "Print Bulletin and Forms (PDF)."

Visit the Pearson VUE Web site at www.pearsonvue.com/rica/ to

• confirm your test appointment.
• change your test date, test center, or testing time free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled testing time.
• cancel your test appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled testing time. If you wish to withdraw your registration completely after canceling your test appointment, complete and submit a Withdrawal/Refund Request Form. Forms are available on this site; see "Print Bulletin and Forms (PDF)." If you canceled your test appointment by 24 hours before your scheduled testing time, you will receive a full refund of testing fees.

RICA Video Performance Assessment

Confirming your RICA Video Performance Assessment registration. If you registered for the RICA Video Performance Assessment, a materials packet will be mailed to you after your registration has been processed. If you have not received a packet of materials within three weeks of submitting your registration, contact Evaluation Systems to verify your registration status.

Withdrawing your RICA Video Performance Assessment registration. If you registered for the RICA Video Performance Assessment, you may withdraw your registration by submitting a completed Withdrawal/Refund Request Form (see "Print Bulletin and Forms [PDF]"). The deadline for withdrawing your registration is 5:00 p.m. Pacific time on the registration/change deadline for the submission deadline for which you are registered.
