TEST SELECTION
The RICA consists of two assessment options: the RICA Written Examination and the RICA Video Performance Assessment. A passing score on either assessment represents successful completion of the RICA requirement. The Written Examination is a computer-based test administered during a four-hour test session. The Video Performance Assessment centers on candidate-created video recordings of the candidate teaching reading; candidates submit the video recordings and related documentation for scoring.
