CONFIRMING YOUR REGISTRATION
To confirm your registration status for the RICA, select "Confirm or Modify Registration" on the RICA website, log in to your account, and follow the instructions provided.
RICA Written Examination
Registration confirmation. After your registration has been processed, Evaluation Systems will send you an Authorization to Test email. This Authorization to Test allows you to schedule your test appointment. If you lose your Authorization to Test or have not received it within three business days of submitting your registration, contact Evaluation Systems (see "Contact Information").
Test appointment confirmation. After you schedule your test appointment, you will be sent a confirmation email listing your test date, your testing time, and the address and phone number of the test center, as well as directions to the test center. If you lose your confirmation or have not received it within three business days of scheduling (or rescheduling) your test appointment, contact Pearson VUE (see "Contact Information").
RICA Video Performance Assessment
If you registered for the RICA Video Performance Assessment, a materials packet will be mailed to you after your registration has been processed. If you have not received a packet of materials within three weeks of submitting your registration, contact Evaluation Systems (see "Contact Information") to verify your registration status.
